Orders

When will you be restocking sold out items?

If the item you are interested in is sold out, you can get notified by email when the item is available again. Just click on the “Click here to be notified”.

Can I change my order?

Please contact hello@koraloha.com ASAP and we will help you get things sorted out. We process orders quickly, and once the item is despatched we will be unable to make changes. 

Where can I purchase Koraloha Swim?

Right now we are selling our Koraloha swimwear online only at koraloha.com. Maybe in a later stage we will sell some items in selected stores.

Can I order from any country in the world?

Koraloha doesn't take any orders / payments from Krim / Kuba / Iran / Nordkorea / Sudan / Syria.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can also check out as a guest. We do recommend that you create an account so you can check your order history, can safe your shopping basket items as well as your payment details.

Where is my order confirmation?

It will be automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@koraloha.com. Please check your mailbox’s spam folder before contacting us.

Payments

What payment methods does Koraloha accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal and Twint.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. They are issued electronically by email. Each of them contain a unique reference number. The perfect gift! Get it here.

Where do I enter a gift card?

It is entered at the very end of the check out process, after you entered shipping and payment details. 

How do I use my Store Credit?

Once your return is approved, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of a gift card as a refund. The gift card has no expiration date and can be transferred to another person.

What size should I order?

We recommend measuring as per our size guide to find the right size. If you have sizing or styling questions and need some advise, you can either chat with us live on the right corner of the screen or contact hello@koraloha.com.

Where are Koralohas Swim designed and manufactured?

They are designed in Zurich (Switzerland) and are manufactured in beautiful Bali. We work together with a small manufacturer who produce ethically. You will find more infos here.

What are your sustainable swimwear fabrics made from?

Every single koraloha swimwear piece is made from recycled and sustainable fabrics. This includes also the inner linings.

We use fabric made from ECONYL®, a 100% regenerated nylon made from abandoned fishing nets and nylon waste from landfills and oceans around the world.

What is your packaging made of?

AnsAll of our packaging is made from recycled materials and are recyclable, compostable or biodegradable.

Does Koraloha deliver worldwide?

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

When will my order arrive?

Please find below the estimated delivery times:

Express:
Bahrain: Same Day
GCC countries: 1-2 business days
Rest of the world: 2-5 business days

Please note weekend days (sat/sun) are not business days. 

We are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by the shipping company or customs.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping worldwide for all orders above $250 USD.

Rate on orders over $250 USD:

Rate on orders under $250 USD:
Bahrain: 1.3 BD
GCC Countries: $16 USD
Rest of the World: $36 USD

Does Koraloha cover the cost of import taxes/duties?

Any import taxes or duties that may be associated with your purchase, are payable by the customer. The amount is payable directly to the courier when receiving the parcel. These costs are levied by your local customs authority and we don’t have any control over them. You can contact your local customs department if any taxes or fees are relevant to you.

Please note: If you do not pay your country taxes, or if you refuse the parcel, your items will be returned to us. We will deduct a fee of $60 to cover part of our courier costs.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details. 

My package is lost, what should I do?

Please reach out to the shipping carrier responsible for delivery and quote them your tracking number. If you still need help contact us at hello@koraloha.com.

Returns

What is Koraloha’s return policy?

We want you to be in love with your koraloha pieces. If your are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you the money in form of a Store Credit.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to swap into a new size or style, please return your order and place a new one.

Please note, any return item received by us outside of the 14 day return policy or in worn, damaged or unsuitable conditions (see above) won’t be accepted and we are not able to process your refund and the items will be reshipped to you. The customer is then responsible for paying the return postage fees.

No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

How do I return my item?

Please contact us at hello@koraloha.com. We will provide you with instructions and a return form.

The shipping return cost is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safety delivery. If the parcel does not reach us safely, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

How do I get my store credit?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit as refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of returns.

How long does it take to return an item?

Once we received your return, we will notify you by email.
