Please note weekend days (sat/sun) are not business days.

We are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by the shipping company or customs.

Can I change my order?

Please contact hello@koraloha.com ASAP and we will help you get things sorted out. We process orders quickly, and once the item is despatched we will be unable to make changes.

Does Koraloha cover the cost of import taxes/duties?

Any import taxes or duties that may be associated with your purchase, are payable by the customer. The amount is payable directly to the courier when receiving the parcel. These costs are levied by your local customs authority and we don’t have any control over them. You can contact your local customs department if any taxes or fees are relevant to you.

Please note: If you do not pay your country taxes, or if you refuse the parcel, your items will be returned to us. We will deduct a fee of $60 to cover part of our courier costs.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details. 

My package is lost, what should I do?

Please reach out to the shipping carrier responsible for delivery and quote them your tracking number. If you still need help contact us at hello@koraloha.com

Please note that Koraloha is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal network. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in the event that no one is home on delivery.

Returns

We want you to be in love with your koraloha pieces. If your are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and will then receive a Store Credit as refund.

Return Policy

All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place and must be returned in original packaging.

Please have a look at our size guide or do contact us if you have size related queries before placing the order.

For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear. Please note, any return item received by us outside of the 14 day return policy or in worn, soiled, stained, damaged or unsuitable conditions won’t be accepted and we are not able to process your refund and the items will be reshipped to you. The customer is then responsible for paying the return postage fees.

Who pays for the return shipping cost?

In case of returns, the shipping return cost is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safety delivery. If the parcel does not reach us safely, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to swap into a new size or style, please return your order and place a new one.

Which items are non-refundable?

Gift cards and discounted items.

For hygienic reasons, it is not possible for us to refund or exchange swimwear bottoms and one-pieces.

How do I get my refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit as refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of returns.

How do I use my Store Credit?

Once your return is approved, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of a gift card as a refund. The gift card has no expiration date and can be transferred to another person.

Every piece is hand checked for quality before shipping to you. However, if you do receive an item incorrectly or believe there is a manufacturing fault, please shout out to us at hello@koraloha.com.
We will then solve the problem as soon as possible.
